M. Adam Jones, Our Managing Partner

M. Adam Jones is the chief operations officer of the national firm Jacoby & Meyers, LLC, as well as the managing partner for its Southeast Regional office located in Dothan, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama, Mr. Jones obtained his J.D. from Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama in 1998. He has practiced civil litigation almost exclusively since that time, and he has the distinction of having obtained the then-largest jury verdict in the history of Houston County, Alabama with a $4.5 million verdict against Tom’s Foods in a case involving intentional interference with business relations.

Mr. Jones handles cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, trucking accidents, civil rights violations, and business/commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice in every Alabama county, as well as the United States District Courts. Additionally, Mr. Jones has handled cases before the:

• Alabama Supreme Court
• Alabama Court of Civil Appeals
• Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals
• Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals

He is a member of the:

• Alabama Association for Justice
• Wiregrass Inns of Court

In his spare time, Mr. Jones serves on the Board of Directors for the Wiregrass Children’s Home for abused and neglected children. He and his wife, the former Pam Willis from Prattville, have three children. They reside in Dothan, Alabama, where they attend Wiregrass Church.
